My AC has been a joke since I moved into my new build. Called on Labor day weekend, got same day service within a couple hours to come flush out the drains. However, it obnoxiously went out again last night so I called back and they came out same day again. I appreciate Aidens honesty during my callback service. Very nice young gentleman. He explained things to me that I didn't get in my initial service. I genuinely felt comfortable during his visit and appreciate things being explained to me rather than just seeing an estimate with high numbers. Both guys were great, however I'm glad I asked for a second pair of eyes for the callback to get a better understanding of where I need to go if this issue keeps persisting. Not opposed to spending money for comfort but considering we're not permanent here, preferably only when absolutely necessary.
Hayden the installer was very professional and super nice. Did an extraordinary job. Could not be happier.
I would like to say that I was extremely pleased today with the service Technician today he was on time and patient reviewed our request and gave us good. Sound advice of what to buy and what we need To complete our project and our new home and also checked our bathrooms to ensure that they were not leaking and also went out to the meter at the road and check to see if it was running. He won't beyond to make sure that everything was working correctly. We would just like to say we appreciate the courtesy and attention to details. Thanks again.
Frederick came to replace ducting and service/repair our A/C units today. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He solved our issues and was a pleasure to work with. Always great technicians from Peaden!
