It took all day to get Jake here but when he did arrive he was very knowledgeable about my AC Unit. Within an hour he had it going again with the air flowing like it should. I will ask for him again

Just joined their monthly program and they sent someone out the same day. Aiden stopped by 2 days in a row due to scheduling but communicated well, showed me the issue and was agreeable to my decision. Great experience so far! Look forward to the next service date.
Our technician, Jay P., actively inspected all aspects of our home's electrical problems, went above and beyond to answer all questions, took time to listen to our concerns, and thoroughly explained our options with Peaden Electrical. We've recommended their customer service before and now recommend not only their HVAC service, but electrical services as well. Wei Zhao was very informative when he arrived for an issue that I was having. He was also able to explain in detail what their plans cover and don't cover when it comes to their AC tune ups which I have scheduled next week.
