Michael Choate from Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical did an outstanding job fixing our broken faucet. He quickly identified the issue, replaced the spigot, and completely resolved the leak.
What really stood out was his thorough approach—he took the time to inspect other potential plumbing concerns around the house, provided clear quotes, and offered practical advice tailored to our needs. As complete novices when it comes to home repairs, we truly appreciated his patience and expertise.
Michael also introduced us to the Peaden SmartCare plan, explaining its benefits in a way that made perfect sense for preventive maintenance. He was genuinely funny, engaging, and professional throughout the visit, which put us completely at ease and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one.
