Mattew did a great job of doing our HVAC inspection.

I rarely take the time to write lengthy reviews, but the exceptional service we received yesterday from Peaden completely warrants it. We had a young technician Wei Zhao come out to service our AC system, and I can say without a doubt that he represents the absolute gold standard of his profession.
From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and courtesy were on full display. He introduced himself politely, clearly explained what he would be doing, and immediately put on shoe covers before entering our home. His commitment to cleanliness was impressive throughout the entire visit—he treated our property with the utmost respect, worked meticulously, and left the work areas absolutely spotless.
What impressed me most was his incredible depth of service knowledge. Despite his youth, he possesses a technical understanding of HVAC systems that rivals technicians with decades of experience. He didn't just guess at the problem; he diagnosed it systematically, located the issue efficiently, and explained the mechanics of what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. It is rare to see that level of mastery and confidence in a young technician.
Above all, his honesty and integrity shone through. In an industry where it's unfortunately common for companies to upsell unnecessary parts or inflate diagnostic issues, this young man was a breath of fresh air. He gave us a completely transparent, straightforward assessment of our system. There was zero pressure, zero exaggeration—just pure, honest professionalism.
Peaden has an absolute gem on their team with this young man. He is a credit to his company and a model for what great customer service should look like. Fred arrived with a smile and shook my hand as he introduced himself explaining what he was going to do. He thoroughly checked the inside unit then went to the outside unit and did the same. We dat at my kitchen table as he wrote up his findings. He was very informative and explained everything.
Mr.Patrick was AWESOME!! He was very attentive, patient and informative. He was sure to show us along with informing us of the problems we were having and how we could come up with a solution to fixing them. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!!
Mr.Patrick was truly AWESOME!! He arrived in a very much so timely manner. Patrick was not only professional but he also brought a feeling as if my husband and I have known him for ever. Customer service 10/10. He was very informative, assertive, and patient. He was able to show us the source of the problem and explained it in a way that was understandable for someone like my self who doesn't know very much in that department.
