Paul is a great tech!
He took time to make sure we fully understood exactly what was needed and why what is needed is necessary. If given the option he would be my Tech for every service I receive. I've delt with a few different AC companies but this service takes the cake!

We are members of their maintenance program. Nathan J was just out for our annual check up. He did a very thorough job and explained everything so I could understand. Excellent program and great technician.
