Kolton was great! Our issue was a backed up condensation line. Even though we had cleaned it out from the outside drip line, the buildup was further up the line where our vacuum suction couldn't reach. He cleared it out thoroughly, cleaned out the drip pan, and replaced a fuse so our thermostat would come back on. He stayed for a little bit to make sure everything was working properly and we had great conversation while we waited.

Pleasant experience with the technician Wei. Most importantly this was an emergency call. Being my anxiety level was very high I really had low expectations. Much to my surprise, the total Peaden experience from AI phone contact to Customer service representative & finally my Technician to my door. took approximately 2 hours on aSaturday morning. I've been with another Company for years and they were good however the emergency service I was seeking for AC restoration from my current and several other companies was just not in the same league as Peaden. Great business model and staff. Consequently, I've joined the Peaden team signing up for their services portfolio for the next year.
