My hot water heater is 20 years old and needs to be replaced. I called Peaden and they provided me with an appointment on the day I requested. When Michael arrived at my door he was courteous and professional. He completed an inspection, all the while explaining what he was seeing and what it meant. He presented me with all the different replacement options, and expertly answered all my questions about each option, helping me make an informed decision on which option was best for me. I am extremely pleased with Michael's friendly and outgoing demeanor, and his customer service skills. I would highly recommend Peaden for your plumbing needs!
5 star service from our technician Cory. He was extremely thorough and was even showing me every option for the service we are exploring. He took care of the immediate issues and left us some recommendations for other services we need to consider. Cory was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I hope they can assign him as our preferred technician in the future.

Devin Powell was our technician today and I can't say enough how incredible of a job he did. I was on the fence if I wanted to continue with Peaden or not as I just figured that I could take care of things and save more money on my own. Thanks to Devon. I've got a number of things fixed that I didn't even know I needed done and I learned a few tricks to keep my house in better condition.
