Chris was extraordinarily informative & told me exactly what he was doing and what was wrong. My house was at 85, then BOOM 1 hour later he’s got to cooling down to 72! Diagnosed the problem and fixed it all in one. He checked my vents and ordered me my new ones. Thanks Peaden.

Professional service and polite. Sawyer, our servicer, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our unit is old and Matthew, sales, was also professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The charge for our service was more than fair considering the age of our unit and we were never pushed into doing anything. Sawyer and Matthew on a scale of 1-10 deserve higher than 10. When I called for help yesterday, I spoke with Jessica who is also professional and friendly. Kudos to Peaden for hiring the best team. I highly recommend them if you need service or a new unit.
