John arrived with a friendly smile,as always and very respectful of our house, as always. The work we requested was a big job where John put his head down and got to work with an enthusiastic pace! He called in reinforcements to help him with a portion of the job where they worked perfectly together. Everything was done before lunchtime. We are pleased yet again! Thank you!
Colby came and fixed the leak under the bathroom sink; and put in a call for the mold service for me. They called right back and were able to tell Colby what to do to help them when they come out to get rid of the mold. He was very helpful and professional

Forrest was an absolute legend with his electrical knowledge! He respected my time, inspected all faucets of my house showing concern. He provided a detailed list of issues that need to be addressed on a detailed summary invoice
Sam was a delight to work with while he serviced our HVAC! He was informative and personable. He thoroughly explained and helped us make an informed decision. We will ask for Sam again while getting our service through Peaden.
Kitchen sink repair: replace the faucet. Raymond was excellent. I really appreciated his patience and thoroughness. The sink works, the faucets swivels. I just want to say thank you to Raymond. The problem was rectified. Very satisfied!
My grounding rod/wire had a fatal fight with my mower. Tim came out to check it out and gave me options to update and protect my home. Tim also brought to my attention that the service line from the power pole to my house was resting on my roof and needed a lift. I got FPL to do that right after Tim left. I probably never would have noticed it because of the location on the side of my house not being all that visible to me. I was grateful for Tim taking notice of electrical issues outside of what my concern was. DD came the next morning and installed my two grounding rods with wire to my electric meter. He was quick!! Peaden does a great job in communicating and demonstrates that they care about their clients. Tim and DD represent Peaden well. They seem to enjoy their job and helping people.
