We were told by another company that we had a defective water line. Peaden's plumber looked at it with us and verified that it was fine and did not need to be replaced. We appreciate their honesty and will choose them for our next repair.
I've had service from Peaden for my ac/heating unit that was on its way out. When it hit its last leg. Daniel Eppes came out was very helpful in explaining in details what had happened and how much the cost would run to get it repaired. He was very professional gave very helpful information and offered for a consultant to come out and explain and go over the different plans which was available. I was able to be approved for a new unit.
We called on a Monday morning, and Michael Choate called and showed up less than an hour later. Very professional! He walked us through the process and the costs - no pressure. Very pleased! I will always use Peaden's in the future.
