Charles was our service provider today. He was top notch. Very professional. Courteous. Answered any and all questions. Thoroughly inspected our unit. Found our issues and resolved it. The front office was quick to book my appt and get someone out here to me. Would 10/10 recommend this company
Joshua Hoffman is the tech who came to my house. He was very professional and kind and got my old water spigots replaced quickly in some crazy heat in my even hotter garage! I called Peaden on a Thursday afternoon and this was fixed on a Friday evening. I cannot speak highly enough of the speed and quality! Joshua even helped me move my washing machine back into the spot and hook it up even though it wasn’t hooked up when he got there. Thanks guys!
Very pleased with the technician and his dedication to get our new master bathtub faucets installed perfectly! He cleaned up the area very well after he was finished with the installation.
Chris was extraordinarily informative & told me exactly what he was doing and what was wrong. My house was at 85, then BOOM 1 hour later he’s got to cooling down to 72! Diagnosed the problem and fixed it all in one. He checked my vents and ordered me my new ones. Thanks Peaden.
