Detailed and profesional in his approach
I set an appointment with Peaden for an estimate on some plumbing repair needed to be done, and promptly after was contacted to confirm times and assure me of the services expected
Mr. Cory B. drove to our home, which is about an 1 1/2 from PC, and my family is ever so grateful he made the trip. What was expected to be a quick estimate, turned into a job well done and an excellent display of skills and services provided to fix our issue entirely.
During the process, he was courteous to answer any questions and was very informative.
He is a very knowledgeable member of the team you have, as I'm sure most of your techs are, but he was definitely our saving grace this time around.

Todd Mummert was on time and professional. Repaired my old outside leaky faucets and was meticulous in completing the job.
It was appointment to check plumbing on maintenance plan. Cost for a new water heater was beyond ridiculous! Alex was very pleasant and professional.
