Peaden AC maintenance was done by John Rodgers today (11/20/24) I have never been so impressed by the thorough service he did. Most of the other servicemen are gone within 30 minutes and don't do a fourth of what John did. John gave me several pointers into keeping my AC unit running at peak performance. John will be requested for my next service. Peaden should be honored to have such a qualified technician working for their organization.

As with the other Peaden Service Techs we have worked with over the past 2 years, Kolton Holder provided exceptional service. He is a very professional, very knowledgeable HVAC Technician, identifying the root cause of our issue quickly and explaining the repairs so that we could understand and agree with the short term and long-term resolutions required. Kolton maintained a professional attitude and with our best interest in mind, while positively representing Peadon during his time at our residence (Tuesday eve). We look forward to working with him in the very near future!

Taverus was very courteous, professional and so so knowledgeable with what he does. He took his time on educating us, his client, on our new HVAC system and ways to either clean, upgrade and maintain efficiency.
Had new furnace and AC unit installed, great knowledgeable technician's finished in a timely manor despite the stormy weather. Very pleased with over all service.
