I've been a member of Peaden's maintenance program for a couple of years now. They are always prompt and thorough. I will say that Matthew H. was especially great in terms of the service delivery for our two HVAC units. He was friendly, arrived on time, informative and professional. He did not recommend unnecessary services like other vendors. Highly recommend him!

The technicians Chris and Shane Brian were very upfront and knowledgeable!! They went over and beyond to help me and my mom!! They found the issue with the bathtub the other company couldn't figure out and getting the new hot water heater taken care of as well. They communicated everything and were honest!! So nice to know your home is in good hands!! Thank you Shane and Chris!!
Very professional, Clay went above and beyond the scope of the job. He walked me thru each step of the cleaning and all the meter readings on the compressor. He then explained all the benefits of the UV light to prevent mold buildup and all the different programs Peaden offers. He did a great job and I hope we get him for our next maintenance checkup.
The guys who serviced the call were courteous and efficient. Great job guys!

This service was a routine checkup with my elite membership and my second time working with peaden. Again very thorough, very pleasant service. Everything was explained in a way I could understand and the membership definitely saves some dollars. Quick and efficient as well .
