Gavin came to my house to figure out why my AC temperature was fluctuating and it was extremely hot in the afternoon and my house after determining he needed to do a leak test he figured out that the condenser needed to be replaced because there were leaks in the coils. The part has to be ordered and then they will repair the unit. It will be nice to have cold air again. Gavin was very polite and very professional, and I appreciate the knowledge that he had to understand the problem.
Clay Wright, service technician, was excellent, polite and helpful. I appreciate his time and work he provided for both units.
It's great to still have a top quality hometown business that still cares about the customer. Scott was as professional as they come in my opinion. I will update the review after my installation of the unit. Thanks for the same day results from the service call. No pressure.

In a period of 3 weeks we had issues with our upstairs HVAC system. The first was an emergency with the condensation line clogged leading to a week plus leak. Peaden had Koloton on the job within an hour of our call. Leak controlled, damage not so easy. Next, the capacitor on the same unit bit the dust and our upstairs went to 90 degrees in only a few hours. Again, Kolton to the rescue. 30 minutes and a new capacitor and done. Garrison did an excellent job fixing my AC, I was not home when he got there but he waited for me to get home from my doctors appointment. He fixed it fast and it was up and running cooling as normal. If you can, ask for him if you ever need any repairs done, you won't be disappointed.
Kolton was so personable yet professional he didn't try to sell me on anything. He was quick efficient very thorough. We are now in a membership with them and couldn't be happier.
