I received a great response from Peaden and the service tech, Charlie B. , who came out to perform the inspection for gas line installation Was very thorough. He listened attentively to all my concerns and answered my questions. He has been in the bussiness for many years. It is apparent from his conversation concerning materials and gas line placement. They are scheduled for my gas line installation. Thank you!
Brandon B. Installed my gas line. He was very efficient and attentive to detail. He answered all my questions and was very polite. Brandon also informed me of safety practices and directed me to product directions for appliance usage and maintenance. He even called the manufacturer when the ignitor on my new fireplace failed to spark. Thank you, Brandon
Today, 10.21.25 Clark, from Peaden arrived, exactly as scheduled. He professionally inspected the a/c unit and explained to me the term, "zooglea" which was forming on the air handler unit. He instructed me on eliminating it and the vinegar solution for keeping the line clear. He even wrote down the solution and the frequency of its application. He also inspected the electrical panel, hot water heaters and outside a/c unit. He is a very thorough service mechanic and I thank him for his attention to thel items listed. I appreciate his willingness to provide answers to my questions, especially the zooglea explanation!!!!

Kolton came out on a Sunday to troubleshoot my 10 + year old system and gave suggestions for what service might remedy the situation. Great young man, personable, reliable and honest. I appreciate the attention and service I always receive from the technicians and Peaden. Charles was just here and as usual provided excellent service for the problem. Thank you.
Eli did a fantastic job explaining everything and completing all of the work he did. He cleaned up and left the area he worked on spotless. He gets my highest recommendation. Eli is one of the best technicians I've ever dealt with. A+
