Mike showed up promptly and quickly assessed the problem with our water heater. He advised what to do until a permanent fix could be made after Christmas. He presented different options and explained each thoroughly. We scheduled a new install in a couple of days. He was totally professional and friendly.

First impressions matter.

Our new (to us) HVAC Unit to be seen about. (Seemed to be working a little too hard to heat during the colder nights)

The Peaden van arrived promptly in time with their Office alerting us their man, Zachery Belk, was on the way. The van was clean and well maintained. (My quirk but that does matter to me.) Zach had a good clean appearance and an easy manner. He did a full once over and explained the workings, cycles, of the equipment and what we could expect.

In this case it seems the unit had been updated on some prior date and all was as it should be for this style of Heat Pump.

All in all Zach took time to answer questions in a polite easy to understand way.

That said, I would certainly call Peaden HVAC for anything I needed in A/C and Heating.
