Breanna was absolutely fantastic with the service today. First, she diagnosed the problem quickly. Initially, I was concerned because I was told it was a serious problem that would be very costly. Breanna, inspected the entire area and discovered the actual problem. It didn't require digging or breaking up my sidewalk and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. I'm extremely grateful for her professionalism, promptness, analytical skills and service. Outstanding service across the board.
Matthew Cox was excellent. Very professional, knowledgable and personable. Didn't take him long at all to change out a couple of breakers in our panel box. He also made sure to check everything too before leaving. We'll be using Peaden for any other things we might need in the future.

Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when he came out today when he changed our 2 prong to the 3 prong so we would be able to use our small window AC unit in my son's bedroom. He also helped me figure out how to get a free credit for updated air-conditioning for our house!
