Amber Bender is always so friendly and she explains everything in detail. She does wonderful work! Peaden also is very quick to come out to diagnose and fix anything that breaks and so far all of their techs that have come to my house have been great. It definitely pays to have the Executive Membership.
Just when I think the best tech came out to my house, Trey shows up! Super courteous and mindful, extremely knowledgable and thorough. He has the accoutability and integrity we all should possess! Thank you so much Trey for your outstanding work ethic and great attitude! They should let you instruct the other techs on a proper inspection, no one before you has taken the time to explain the things you found to me and had they, I would have taken action sooner! Peaden has a diamond and hopefully, they showcase it!
Matthew Cox was very professional and provided great service to our home! Fixed a lingering outlet issue and gave great recommendations for future repairs to home.
