I needed help installing my air filter, and I didn't realize I was doing it wrong, the technician who came out immediately, helped me and took the time to educate me on how to do installation of a filter properly! Thank you so much I appreciate the professionalism, the patience, the knowledge, and the friendliness!
Jackson Lamb and Zachary Sanders provided great plumbing service. They arrived promptly, got to work immediately, and never stopped until all tasks were done. They frequently showed me the work to make sure it was to my satisfaction and to ensure I knew the operation of new equipment. In the 20 years I've been in PC, I haven't used anyone but Peaden because they are reliable, thorough and stand by their products/service! March 9, 2026: Jackson and Dakota replaced my HVAC system. It was on short notice but they did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new. Also everything, inside and outside, was spotless before they left. Jamaal Smith, Peaden's Sales Rep, came on March 7 and assisted me in determining what AC unit would be best for my house. He then went over the warranty and cost, applying all discounts for which I was eligible. He is very personable and a good rep for Peaden. As usual, everybody I had contact with epitomized Peaden's advertised friendly staff and topnotch service!
