This morning I had my HVAC system serviced and James was great. He was nice and efficient. An other 5 start service from Peaden on Christmas Eve ????
Even though it was after hours, Peaden sent their technician out within the hour and he quickly resolved our problem.

We had Peaden install a water heater at our rental property in 2021. Our tenants had no hot water recently in 2024 and it was a part that was still covered under warranty which saved us half the cost compared to our property manager's plumber's estimate. I'm so glad we had them come out and check for the warranty on the part! The technician was friendly and worked quickly to get the past and get it fixed same day just in time before the holidays! Their service after the install is still excellent and friendly!
They were on time and explained what was be do. They didn't leave until the job was completed, almost 12 hours. The city passed the inspection today, saying it looked great .
Peaden & their entire staff are always the consummate professionals in all regards. Today, Cameron Harp (who has been here before) was our Technician. Extremely knowledgable, friendly and personable, as always. Thank you for all you do!

Fast response. Fixed problem immediately hours before Christmas Eve. Saved my holiday vacation. Can't say enough! They are my definite "go to" in the future.
