Excellent service technician was great
Chris was great! On a Father's Day at 10pm, Chris was our savior! It was almost 90 degrees in our home and he worked until after 12 at night to get us back and running cool. Great top notch service!

We woke up early Friday morning to AC not cooling. I called Peaden and was impressed with the AI system that booked us an appointment for that morning. I then received a call from a lady at the office who confirmed our appointment. We got a text when Gavin/tech was about 20 minutes away. Gavin was able to fix our AC within about an hour or so… total timeframe from 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM. Thank you!
Matthew cox came out and did an electrical inspection. He was very thurough and did an excellent job explaining everything to us. He found no major issues that had to be immediately addres. He did install a surge protector for us given the electrical issues we were having. 5 stars.
Alex A came out and inspected out hvac system. He was very thorough and pointed out several issues that need to be monitored or addressed. He did accidently not install a part on the panel which caused a safety issue. I had to have peaden come back iut and fix it. It was a simple mistake and not a major issue. They were awesome and responded quickly to fix it. 5 stars.
Charlie Brown was our tech, and he did an awesome job fixing our water heater as well as directing help for us for other electrical and hvac issues we are having. Highly recommend peaden for their service. Thank you. 5 stars
