Cody has serviced our air conditioner twice. Peaden always hires expert technicians. The first time AC was repaired and part ordered. The second time the part was installed and the job completed. Cody was on time, very pleasant, knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. His ability to explain and answer any questions I had was more than satisfactory. I had such a great experience with Trey Benard from Peaden AC Service today. He was kind, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was working the way it should. He didn't rush, he answered all my questions, and he made me feel confident about the work being done. It's rare to get service this thoughtful. Trey really went above and beyond.
Breanna not only responded promptly to a plumbing emergency, she contacted a restoration service at my request. Breanna completed the repair, saved parts for the insurance company, and explained her work and what had caused the pipe to break. She was calm and professional, which helped me to deal with a stressful situation.
