I have used Peaden a couple of times over the last year and I have to say every experience was phenomenal from start to finish! Their professional, timely, courteous, and reasonable in price. To me they truly focus on the complete customer experience. I will be using them in future and when I do, I will specifically ask for James Chapman! His second to none!
What a pleasure it was to work with Paul. He was informative, professional and attentive to our questions. He was able to get our AC back working quickly and also was able to get us connected with a sales rep to discuss the questions we had about our 10 year old system.
With all the other contractors and service providers we have worked with Peaden was by far the most professional to work with. From the initial AI bot gathering info late on a Saturday, to the 8:00 call to confirm all information was accurate Sunday Morning. Then we received Texts throughout the morning to ensure we were available and to keep us informed of when and the technician would be on site.

Patrick Headley was a huge lifesaver fixing our unit! Patrick was honest and quick to identify the problem after someone from Robert's HVAC came and lied, claiming we would be out $5000. Thank you for being an honest hardworking man! And getting our AC back on without breaking the bank!
