my technician Amber completely gets five stars! What started out as a tuneup visit Turned into about a 4 1/2 hour job. I needed the Bulbs in my air cleaner in my HVAC unit Replaced, but she pointed out that those bulbs had to be replaced every year. She put me on with a new air cleaner unit that in the long run was going to save me money over replacing the bulbs every year and she actually had the unit on hand which impressed me very much. She took pictures of absolutely everything and showed me all the pictures and carefully explained to me all the details. she repaired a melted terminal in my disconnect in the outside unit And installed the new air cleaner with great efficiency. She also carefully pointed out possible future concerns with both the inside and outside unit, but reassured me that she was right there to help me if needed in the future. She was very patient throughout the whole process, especially since it was so warm outside and she had to do a lot of outside work. But I admire most is that she wasn't really trying to sell me anything, she was just looking out for my long-term needs. I absolutely love my Peaden membership and will be a customer for life!
I called Peaden after a bad experience with another HVAC company. I was frustrated but Peaden quickly showed me they are experts at what they do and their customer service is top-notch. Both Scott and Justin were friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and thorough, patiently explaining anything I did not understand. Scott came after hours to diagnose the problem and although he was unable to complete the repair that evening, he arranged for a colleague to complete the repair the next day. I called Peaden first thing the next morning to see if I needed to take additional steps to get the next person here but the office assured me that I was all set and that Justin would be on his way soon. About 90 mins later Justin had our AC back up and running. Peaden went above and beyond to get me right. I will not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.
Alex was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient and answered all of the questions that I had. We also had a lot in common which was also a plus. Thanks for the great work and expertise guys. Awesome job.
I would like to thank Justin being very attentive to my concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable in my areas of concern, as I asked several questions and his patience is what impressed me the most, along with his professionalism… I would welcome him back for any future plumbing issues, as he did quality work in a timely manner.
