The technician (Jamie) arrived promptly to the condo and gave a detailed evaluation after troubleshooting the HVAC issue today. He gave me clear options for repair/replacement which allowed for a fully informed decision. He also communicated quickly with other staff to send a consultant out within 30 minutes to provide a quote for a full system replacement with additional features I requested. Jamie also left the condo spotless after his technical duties.
These are the reasons I continue to call Peaden for my residence and the short-term rental properties I manage.

Great experience so far. All of the technicians have been very professional and take their time to explain things and answer any questions. Nathan came out today to do the HVAC inspection and was very thorough checking everything and helping me understand things. I bought the Elite membership last fall because one of their plumbers, Travis, was able to see a way to resolve a problem that other plumbers had not, and it saved me a lot of expensive, unnecessary work. It was quickly apparent that he had significant experience. Nathan did as well. Since then, I've had Arnold and another electrician come out to do the electrical inspection and give estimates for updates I'd like to have done. The inspections are part of the membership and have helped me feel more informed about my home.
The only issues that have been less than great have to do with scheduling and communication, like one time I knew someone was supposed to come out, and I dismissed the notification on my phone because I could see it said the person was on their way. When they didn't come, I checked the full text and saw that they weren't actually coming unless I replied to the text, so the message should have started with that, but the person I spoke to on the phone was apologetic and got me back on the schedule. Everyone on the office side has been professional and helpful. Still a 5-star rating because scheduling and less than perfect communication is far less important to me than the quality of work, and they acknowledged that the text was confusing.
