Kurt was outstanding. He arrived and immediately accessed the issue (blown fuse). He got the system back online. But he didn't stop there. He troubleshoot the rest of the system and determined another potential concern (component replaced) that was addressed promptly. Also recommend (without being pushing) some other potential options to prevent future issues.

Met with Tim Lowers today. He explained what we needed, time frame, and costs involved. He was on time and spent as much time as needed to explain everything in detail. Looking forward to working with Peaden because of Tim.

It's great to have a one stop shop when you are a homeowner. Peaden is the place to use. Our technician, Aiden, was very thorough and knowledgeable when explaining and answering any of our questions. Definitely recommend Peaden 10 out of 10!
