We had some plumbing issues and called Peaden. Michael C came out the next morning and fixed our toilet. We also joined their club, which was a good thing because our AC stopped working. Carson has been with me every step of the way. My credit isn't great so it took a little while to secure financing for the full AC, but the next day after we got the funds we now have a cool comfortable home. Carson, Dakota, Obelisi and Elijah were professional and clean. We're Peaden customers for life!! *Update 9/18/26, had a sensor go out in the unit, Gavin came out, got fixed up, iredered the part, and educated us on how humidity gets into the house and steps we can take to prevent it. Thank you Gavin, and thank you Peaden!

Today Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric sent Tim Lowers to answer some electrical questions. Tim was very professional and did not make me feel silly for expressing my concerns. We are replacing electrical plugs and switches and I wanted to make sure I would purchase the correct replacement items. Tim took time to listen to what we needed and then provided the information I was looking for. I thank Tim for his help. We appreciate you and Peaden.
