Peaden recently installed two complete AC units in my house and did an amazing job. Everything from start to finish was well communicated. Zachary, the initial technician that came to troubleshoot a leak was awesome. He was very thorough and showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me several options. He was very knowledgeable. When I decided to replace our aging systems he contacted the install managers and they came the very next morning. Carson did a fantastic job building out our systems and explained all the options and benefits they provide. I was shocked that the install team was available to come out the next day to install both systems. Kirk and the other installer (didn't catch his name) did a phenomenal job. They spent the entire day at my house getting my units up and running. They were even able to add in a few UV systems to kill some mold that was in the air intakes after showing me. Anytime someone spends this much money it is stressful, but Peaden made the process easy and helped get to the end result of having two new top notch AC systems before the brutal Florida summer!
