This review is more about the technician than the company. Had Peaden HVAC tech Kurt Budd in my home on 6/26 for a service call about an HVAC issue, I was having. He came within a few hours which was very good considering how busy the tech must have been. He found the problem quickly. Unfortunately due to price I was not able to afford to have the work done. This was not the fault of the service tech as he does not set prices for service or markup on parts. $1800 for an indoor blower motor replacement was a bit extreme. I paid the service call price of $89.95 and thanked him for his diagnosis.
Spencer Harwood provided the most professional experience I have ever had with Peaden. Extremely thorough in all aspects of the appointment.
Excellent young man and did a great job. I would be completely comfortable asking for him, in the future.
Very professional and friendly. Installed items quickly and explained use and maintenance. Overall great experience.
