We are very satisfied with the service we received today. Zachary was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He provided us with information on a new thermostat for the wall, ours is very outdated from gulf power, and we will be looking into that. Enjoy having him in our home. Very satisfied with Peaden!

Blake Johnson did a great job of checking my 10 year old Air Conditioner. He found a electrical terminal on the condenser and he showed me the connections that were rusted and some wires that the insulation was worn. He suggested replacement and with my agreement he did it on the spot.

My a/c was not working. Peaden tech Benjamin Meyer came at 9PM, and within 5 seconds diagnosed the problem. Replacement part not available, so he hot wired it to bypass bad part until they could get a replacement valve. Superb tech.
Austin was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind to my family and I. They're getting what we need done fast and efficiently!
