Technician was very knowledgeable, answered all questions, very professional, would recommend this company and Technician again. We were under the impression we needed a whole house rewire, but technician advised not needed, but braker box needed replaced.

We arrived home after driving 9 hours to find out are air conditioner stopped working. We called Peaden, it was late. Charles came out and found the problem, had the parts on his truck and was able to get it working. Nothing is cheap these days, but it's repaired. Charles did a great job. I would recommend Peaden Air Conditioning and ask for Charles. He explained everything before doing anything including the cost.

June 2026 - Zach Belk came out to address a failing HVAC, got me a quick quote for replacement parts and repair so we can be back up and cooling as soon as possible. Christopher M. Came out and discussed available options for the work I requested. No high pressure up selling, and that is very appreciated. Same deal with Frederick H. on the HVAC maintenance and Michael C on plumbing. Thanks for taking the time to explain and make sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. Peaden tends to cost a little more than the competition, but in my experience you kind of get what you pay for on home services. Quality in this industry comes from the people doing the work, and Peaden has some of the best quality people out in the field getting the work done right.
