Our AC went out on a Saturday of course! Bryson was there within 2 hours and got us cool again, with promise to come back Monday morning to complete all the work. We are forever fans of Peaden!!

Nathan was great explaining to me what the system issues were. Walking through each of the systems that were compromised either due to a poor installation previously by another company or that had just been out of service for a while. His professionalism and explanations put me a lot more at ease to make decisions regarding replacing my hvac and central cooling, along with better alternatives and recommended options.
Our technician, Charles, offered professional, polite service. He had our a/c unit putting out cold air in no time. Will use again!

Great experience as always. I had a plumbing emergency… the lady I talk to was knowledgeable, kind and professional. She bent over backwards to help in every way she could. Service agent called ahead of time, showed up on time and was very personable and professional. He really represented your company very well. I'm very impressed with how this company operates.
I've had Peaden come diagnose several problems and each time has been a good experience. I like that they communicate before, during, and after the appointment. They were very thorough and checked every part of each of my units and everything connected to them. They found and explained the causes of all the issues I was having with each unit, spent time answering all my questions, and then corrected the ones I chose to have done. I wish they had been the ones to install my HVAC in the first place so this could have all been done then. Peaden will be my first call next time I need any work done.
Highly, highly recommend Peaden. We were serviced quickly and given a very quick rundown of the problem and how to initially take care of it, as well as options for long term solutions. Our tech was Trey, and he was so kind and knowledgeable in all of our conversations. Even the phone receptionist was just a ray of sunshine when I called for an update on when the tech would be able to come to our property. Thank you so much!
