HVAC maintenance….Jeffrey was professional and courteous. He arrived when he was expected and took careful time to address additional questions and concerns I had above and beyond the regular maintenance appointment.
Peaden was awesome…grinder pump went out, came out ASAP, diagnosed the problem gave me pump options and installed new pump first thing in the morning…Jeremy was the installer and did five Star work. Five stars all the way
Chris Hodges was an amazing support to our family. I have had multiple strokes and heart attacks. My husband just had open-heart surgery, and our AC unit went out. He came out and worked for the bare minimum price, but then our card was declined. He showed our daughter that good people are out there. They work hard, they're kind, and trustworthy. This man is a blessing. Thank you, sir, for everything you did for our family. You saved my husband's life, and I appreciate you very much. Our AC went out and the technician, Jamie Bishop, was thorough and kind as he explained we would need a whole new system. He called in Zachary Leonard to give us our options. They were both very pleasant and tolerated my terrible jokes and loved on our dogs, the fastest way to our hearts. While we are not happy to have to buy a new system, the experience was made a little less painful knowing we had knowledgeable representatives. Thank you, Jamie and Zach!

Charles is hands down one of the absolute best technicians if not THE best! We had been having issues with our brand new (only a year old) AC unit and it was causing our electric bill to go sky high due to the system shutting down during the hottest part of the day and us having to re-cool the house by at least 10 degrees pretty much every time.You can tell that he truly cared and takes pride in his work. He looked at everything he could possibly think of and to be fair these new systems are a bit different than what most of the technicians are used to, and showed us what the issue was and advised us on how to make sure it is avoided in the future. I also have to give a shout out to Mia working behind the scenes to help him troubleshoot as well! Thank you Mia! I love the fact that he showed us pictures of everything and explained what was going on each step of the way. He will always be our go to for any issues that may arise in the future, it is because of him and his team that we absolutely recommend Peaden for your Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical needs.
Great service! John Dellinger diagnosed the issue quickly and had the repair moving along. It's apparent he takes pride in his work.
