Jay was very professional about the job, he was a nice guy, he explained everything to me, which I liked, I'm a female with no electricity knowledge. I am discussing what things could be important to safety to the co-owner.We are both senior citizens, and Jay made sure all discounts were applied. I had a great experience!
I had my first time experience with a Peaden service call today. Nate Holder, plumber for the Tallahassee location, was outstanding. He arrived on time, was incredibly thorough, explained everything to me in terms that I could understand, and went the extra mile to check out other issues in my home. Kudos also to Trades Manager Michael. This was by far the most professional and thorough service call I have ever had.
My follow-up, whole house inspection by electrician, Jarrod; HVAC tech, Mefford; and plumber, Nathaniel, was as excellent as my first experience with Peaden. Alk of the techs were courteous, thorough in their inspections, and truly professional in every way. Grateful to have found Peaden.
8/6/25 - Tony and his crew installed a whole house water filtration system. As always, excellent service.
12/8/25 - great plumbing inspection by Shane today. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently.
12/8/25 - same day service for both electrical and plumbing annual inspection so I didn't have to take off from work twice. Very convenient, and Winston, the electrical system technician, did a great job.
8/10/26 - very professional inspection of my water filtration system today by Luke and his assistant, Dustin. They patiently tracked down a hard-to-find replacement part and explained what was going on in layman's terms.
Clay was super excited & taught me how to maintain unit. Very professional nice guy, he would make a great supervisor in my opinion.
Cody was courteous and thorough in explaining what was going on with our system.
We had great service and professional respect with the gentlemen who changed our water heater today. They messaged us 30min before their arrival and they explained how they would proceed installation and removal of old unit. Would call on them again with the great service they provided!
