Donovan was extremely helpful. He accommodated our dogs barking during his visit. He was able to determine the issue very quickly and was able to explain all the information related to it.
Heater was blowing out cold then slowly getting to hot air. Also dust coming out of the vents that we could feel in our eyes and causing a cough. Called Peaden yesterday and Zach was here this morning and on time. Kept me posted of reminder appointments up to when Zach was on the way. He checked our unit and explained with pics (one included an electrocuted frog) and language that made sense of the worn out system. Our current unit is 15 years old so the decision was made to just get a new one. He was very honest in presenting different options that made me comfortable and feel he was trustworthy. They will be here tomorrow to get it done. From customer service who took my initial call to Zach to Todd, couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Charlie Brown provide exceptional service on a difficult issue taking care to ensure minimal disruption and damage to my property. On a very hot and humid day he stayed with the job for hours and made sure to provide the best fix possible. Both he and his manager Marty were understanding of the initial cause of the leak and Peaden made the situation right. I will certainly use Peaden again and recommend them to others.
Today Charlie returned to complete the job. He had taken the care to insure he had the correct size pipe fitted for the hose bib. He also replaced an additional hose bib that had developed a leak. Once again he did a fantastic 5 Star job. Thank you Charlie and Peaden for providing the best plumbing service.
Zachary Brock did a fantastic job assessing my hot water unit today. He was extremely knowledgeable, and provided me with a video and photos and also solutions for a replacement. He explained everything clearly and providing pricing ranges. Thank you Zachary. Cameron came and installed our Honeywell wireless wall Thermastat. There were still gaps and Cameron came up with ideas and ordered a wall plate to eliminate this. He had excellent communication and problem solving skills and I appreciate him. Very courteous and patient while helping me connect it in my phone.! Thank you Cameron.
Amber was on time and was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly. Highly recommend. also very good with the dogs. thank you.
Tavarus was most helpful and did great work on our AC. He explained everything to us in a way we could understand.
