Brian Johnston drove a great distance to our place in a timely manner. He quickly identified the problem with the heat pump and, in spite of the the cold, fixed the problem. I highly recommend him.
Kolton, our Peaden technician today, showed up right on time. The entire inspection/maintenance was promptly completed. And we received detailed photographs of every aspect of what he did. We appreciate Peaden's continued great service and excellent staff.
