I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical—especially Raymond. I had three other companies come out before them, and none of them could find the leak or even correctly identify what the problem was. It was incredibly frustrating and stressful.
Raymond came in, took the time to really listen, thoroughly inspected everything, and quickly found the issue that everyone else missed. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on. You could tell right away that he truly knows his craft and cares about doing the job right.
Thanks to Raymond, the problem was finally diagnosed and addressed, giving me peace of mind after weeks of uncertainty. This experience completely restored my faith in calling professionals. We have used this business numerous times on our house and mobile home for leak repair, new Ac install, plumbing install on house, electrical installation, and general maintenance. Always very professional and helpful, doing exceptional high quality work on every job. After using other companies in the past who took our money and left us with poor results, I would definitely recommend Peaden to anyone! I have never been disappointed with any of their work!
Brett was our HVAC Tech today, he was very professional and knowledgeable.
New electrical service/ new water install/new sewer line install everyone was super helpful and answered all my questions . Very knowledgeable crews on both electrical and plumbing jobs .

This is at least the third time Chris has come to my house to do the annual cleaning. Since I live by the beach, it always takes a lot of work. Unfortunately, this time it was cold, and he had to spend an hour or so outside. Not only is he courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, but he's got such a great attitude.
Have gotten HVAC, electric, and plumbing all through them, and been very happy with each visit. Each technician has been prompt, friendly, efficient, happy to explain what they're doing without scare mongering, and worked with me to plan what is a good idea down the line vs more immediate. Worked with Shane for plumbing, Scott for HVAC, Justin for electric.
So far the monthly membership has also been proving a good deal, has helped on cost a lot.
