Had one guy come out ,Alex, stayed here forever desisigning a new system for me but forgot to fix my problem, the emergency heat. Aiden fixed it all today reslly great guy, smart and fast. Alex needs to find a new day job as a salesman or something. I am basing my review on getting a good technician, Aiden
Had to call Peaden Sunday after the freezing weather due to my dad, Jimmye Jordan, not having hot water. Monday, Dakota Rogers came out and diagnosed the problem and explained the different options. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about services available. I greatly appreciate the five star service we received. Dad has hot water! Thank you.
Adam Fender was exemplary of what 5 star service looks like. He approached with a positive attitude, warm smile and knowledge that put us at ease when he arrived for our appointment. His patient listening was so refreshing. He analyzed and explained our problem and made suggestion how to fix without seeming pushy.
