Everyone was very helpful, polite and professional. What sold me on their product was the 10 year warranty for both parts and labor. No other company even offered that. I paid a little more but it is worth it for the service options. I tried to have my unit repaired by another company, but they had to order a part. When they got it , it arrived broken and had to be reordered. Meanwhile it was 20 degrees outside and I had to spend $100 on a space heater. Peaden told me they would have supplied multiple heaters for me. So far I am very pleased with my purchase and service. 4/14 23. Had them move my water heater. Again, went smooth and well done! 12/29/2023- Came out to do maintenance and inspection of my AC/HEATING unit. Again, John Roberts was on time, professional and informative. Great job! Five Stars!
Kaleb Kenday and Kolten Holder was great to work with. Advised us on best way to handle a plumbing project on a remodel and serviced our HVAC system. Bith errr professional and punctual. I highly recommend! Will be using them again!

Jesse came out for an HVAC system check and provided outstanding service from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our relay wire and had it fixed in no time. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, but he also took the time to answer all of our questions — and then some.
It's hard to find technicians who are both skilled and genuinely helpful, but Jesse delivered on both. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt confident about our system before he left.

This morning our garage had a burnt wire smell. We unplugged everything and called Peaden. In less than an hour technician Arnold P. arrived and in less than ten minutes he found the problem and gave us the solution! He replaced two outlets and briefed us on preventive measures to prevent the problem from reoccurring! A very smart young man who didn't mind using layman terms to explain what he was doing and why! Compared to what we may have paid, the price was excellent. Thank you Arnold P. We will sleep easy tonight!
