Our repair tech, Cody, was awesome! We were able to get a same day AC repair, saving us from an 87° house. Cody was friendly, professional, and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed right away. I've only ever had great experiences with Peaden. Will definitely keep using them.

Arrived in time, listened to our concerns. The technician took the time to explain to us what the issues were in a way my wife and I could understand and fixed every problem plus some little things he noticed during the repair. Peaden air is week worth every penny I spent and we will continue using there services in the future

Nathan was knowledgeable, professional, and took time to explain the diagnostics on our new Rheem system. He found the refrigerant charge was low, showed me the measurements, and explained why he wanted to establish a baseline before assuming there was a leak. I appreciated that approach. The only downside was that I felt there was more sales pressure than I expected for additional products and maintenance items. Overall, I was happy with the service and the time he took to answer my questions
