John was courteous, professional and detailed in gathering information re water heater replacement. Quite surprised at $3750 cost, because 2 1/2 years ago, other larger w/h replacement was about $1000.

This company put my mind at ease. I just bought a house (my first house) and the circuit breakers kept popping. I called them and they took care of the rest. They kept in contact and let me know when someone was on the way. Donovan was so nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. I appreciate this company and their kind team members from the receptionists to Donovan himself. Thank you Peaden!!!
Peadon is the best, called this morning cause my tankless water heater tripped three breaker, Andrew (the electrician)came out did a fantastic job in checking that the lines were good find that water had gotten in the receptacle made three repair and called their plumber Dept and had Robert come and check the tankless water heater to be sure all was okay. Robert founded nothing was going on with the heater. I'd put these two up against anyone they were the best, very professional and honest, both of the man was tremendously intelligent at there jobs. All this work was under warranty, I couldn't believe how fast they came out. I could not be more satisfied with Peadon and these two men. Thank you Peadon!
Zachery came out diagnosed our issue and gave us a quote for service which we accepted. On time very professional young man that knows what he is doing. Thank you

Update 1/16: Sawyer returned and easily fixed the malfunctioning Resideo app, something the troubleshooting Resideo rep couldn't do after 45 min yesterday!

We had a great experience with Raymond Blankenship with Peaden. He installed 3 new toilets. He spoke with us about a new water heater which we will be installing next year. It is always a pleasure to work with such a professional company.
