I highly recommend Peaden. Today the technician was Jase Armstrong, and he came out to investigate a weird "knocking" sound coming from our indoor heating unit. He was friendly, respectful and very patient. After listening to a video recording of the sound, he knew exactly what the problem was, turned up the heat, listened to the sound again in real time, and proceeded to fix it. He gave us useful information for the future and encouraged us to call back if we had any other concerns. I very pleased with our Peaden membership!
Breanna was on time, polite, and very professional. She gave me some great options on replacing my hot water heater which I intend on doing tomorrow. She is the greatest!
