Coming home to a house with no power after traveling all weekend is a nightmare, but after some basic trouble shooting I called Peaden. I had heard several friends mention they were good. Well, they did not disappoint! They answered right away and were very helpful. Tim Lowers was my tech and contacted me right away to notify me when he'd arrive. It is clear that he knows his job very well. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly and was very easy to work with, answering all of my questions! Thank you for helping us out in a pinch. The piece of mind made every penny worth it.

TJ was a phenomenal technician. He arrived quickly on Christmas Eve to fix our issue, was extremely kind, and did a wonderful job. If every technician is like TJ, I can't recommend Peaden as a company highly enough.
Kuran Burns, with his assistant Clarke, were my service technicians today. They took about an hour to do a thorough check of my entire air conditioning and heating system and also suggested several areas for monthly preventative maintenance. They also completed some minor preventative maintenance. Together, they provided the great service I can count on from Peaden. Both were very nice men, knowledgeable, and polite. Thanks.
Always have had an excellent visit with the technicians, Keith Givens was actually there for my installation a year prior, was great to have him stop by again.

We had a hot water booster fail due to defect and the Tech went to bat for us and had the unit replaced free of cost customer service A+
A/C inspection was scheduled and completed efficiently by Zach. I appreciate his patience in providing info on newer more efficient systems and water heaters!
