Just wanted to say we had an overall amazing experience with this company. The employee that came out was extremely knowledgeable and more than happy to explain things as well as answer any questions I had. My thanks to Miss Amber for her hard work as she did a major repair job in just a few short hours and gave suggestions on ways we could keep things from happening again in the future. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I thank her again for the amazing job she did for us.
This is not the first time that I've used Peaden, and they always provide great service. Jeremy and Micheal completed an extensive refit of my plumbing lines, installed a new water heater, toilet, vanity, and shower and kitchen sink faucets.
Their work was incredibly neat and thorough. And they were very professional, but also extremely polite and caring. They even took care of a couple of additional minor issues that I didn't have to request. The whole job took 2 days but I believe it's been well worth the time and cost to have the peace of mind that comes with the update.
