Austin was very professional and neat. Both in appearance and work space. He effectively found the issue with the water heater and repaired it. V er rt quick then spent the time to explain the issue in layman terms.
Anthony explained every thing in detail to me regarding the problem, the work and even helped me get to the financing site where I was able to set everything up.
He was top notch and if I ever have another project/problem I will definitely use this business and request him personally!!

I was extremely impressed with Peaden and the two techs that did my service call. There was continuous communication from the time I made the appointment to when they showed at my house. There was emails, text and a phone call to keep me updated. When the techs arrived both were knowledgeable and professional. And I appreciate their honesty. After doing a thorough diagnostic on my pool heat pump they notified me that nothing was wrong and explained what was probably was going on with my system. I was all maintenance and repair companies were like Peaden. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future
