Shawn was great. Very professional and courteous. He was quick and clean with the job and asked if I needed any other services or assistance without being pushy. He ordered more air filters (which are included with the service plan). Like every other Peadon technician that's come to the house, Shawn was great. I highly recommend the Peadon service plan, it truly pays for itself unlike most other "service plans" we see advertised!
Had a slow drain in tub that I noticed after changing my shower head. Cleaned as much as I could myself but could get past the 90. Decided just to call a plumber so that could roto the line and clean it. The first company I called wanted $300+ just to show up , I laughed and hung up. Next on the list was Peadon called them reasonably priced and was pretty quick to respond waited only a day or two. They showed up did the job, it worked and price was reasonable. After learning they service lift stations I decided to have them do that service as well (Bre was awesome). Had to wait a day but still responded in good time and completed the job even went above expectation. The other companys in Area can not get to you for a week or two, (Peadon was able to schedule me same week). The other company's want to charge a stupid amount of money just to show up. Skip them and just call peadon, they are now my go to.

Charles is the best HVAC tech we have had in the 5 years we have lived in Mary Esther. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He has helped prevent more damage to our house and HVAC unit with his recommendations for preventative repairs. Peaden is also good at finding options to meet your budget for necessary maintenance and repairs.
Nathan was excellent, quality technician and person. If you need hvac services ask for him by name.
