The serviceman had excellent knowledge of my situation. The pipe to my outside spicket was rusted and the pipe broke in the threads of the spicket. The servicemen evaluated the situation and corrected it in no time. Thank you fir the rapid response and the great work.

Called about problem with tankless water heater. Diagnosed the problem, was given some options and the cost. Installed new system same day. Zel did a great job. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Everyone was very helpful, polite and professional. What sold me on their product was the 10 year warranty for both parts and labor. No other company even offered that. I paid a little more but it is worth it for the service options. I tried to have my unit repaired by another company, but they had to order a part. When they got it , it arrived broken and had to be reordered. Meanwhile it was 20 degrees outside and I had to spend $100 on a space heater. Peaden told me they would have supplied multiple heaters for me. So far I am very pleased with my purchase and service. 4/14 23. Had them move my water heater. Again, went smooth and well done! 12/29/2023- Came out to do maintenance and inspection of my AC/HEATING unit. Again, John Roberts was on time, professional and informative. Great job! Five Stars!
