We recently had Jake from Peaden come out to provide an estimate for repairing water damage to the wooden platform our A/C unit sits on, and we couldn't have been more impressed with the experience.
From the moment he arrived, Jake was punctual, friendly, professional, and respectful. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our current setup and clearly explain the different options available to us. He answered all of our questions honestly and walked us through exactly what the repair process would involve without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.
Nathan came out to perform a check on our mini split system because it wasn't cooling properly. He provide some cost effective measures as well as replacement for a 10 year old system. Of course I haven't made the decision at this time but found it quite refreshing to have a HVAC expert take the time to provide a detailed breakdown of repairs. Thanks Nathan

It was great. The work got done on time, and we've planned to install a new light over one of the bathroom showers in a few weeks. We're going to install some new wall outlets as well in the garage, and the circuit panel board passed inspection in the service room off of the living room. The house is in good shape for its age.
Very nice gentleman had our ac fixed within 30 minutes.
