Jon is a true professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with my plumbing. He prepared all estimates on site and made the experience with Peaden very pleasant. I will be a repeat customer!

**Update**
I was in need of a plumbing diagnostic for an overflow issue I was having. Peaden sent Jon out to sort the issue. He thoroughly inspected and was able to determine the issue did not involve an expensive repair. Jon (like all the peaden professionals I've had in my home Cameron, Brandon, Joel O.) is a person of high integrity and I feel well informed during all stages of their visit whenever I make an appointment. Because of a suggestion made during his previous visit, I saved over $500 during today's maintenance. I highly recommend Peaden for both plumbing and HVAC.

Damien Davis from Peaden came out and replaced another section of water line for me, he did an excellent job and even came back out hours after the repair was completed to make sure all adhesive had set and there were no leaks, 5 stars and very happy with the service I've received!!

Roy Balogh came out today to replace the internals of my downstairs toilet and the input line leading from the wall to the toilet. He was fast and very professional. I'm very pleased with the continued service Peaden provides and the excellence of their professionals. I will continue to use Peaden in the future. 5 stars all around!

Had Zachary Sanders out to replace my Tankless water heater. He is authentic and great at what he does. He removed my old tankless heater and installed the new one in about 2-3 hours. I had zero issues with the installer Zachary and would trust him on future jobs at my home.

(I believe in fair reviews so here are the cons of this particular job.)

I did have a few issues with how this job unfolded, my wife had to stay home from work to accommodate the appointment with the technician, (Monday). Around 2pm with no updates I called the office, someone at the Peaden office had cancelled our appointment and no one informed us or tried to reschedule. I was told the install coordinator would call me to explain what happened. At 4:30pm with no returned call, my wife called Peaden and had to reschedule for Wednesday, meaning another day of missed work.

Also there was no electrical evaluation of my home before I purchased the bigger tankless water heater, I was attempting to get an upgrade from my old unit. I purchased a Steibal 24kW from Alex, but he didn't mention anything about needing to run extra wires from the breaker box. I would have been fine to pay for the electrical upgrade, but someone at Peaden marked down I "denied" the electrical work (which isn't true, I was never asked. I wouldn't purchase a tank and then deny the required electrical work.) and they ended up installing a unit that is the exact same size (11kW) as my old tankless heater.

I paid for a 24kW unit, they installed a 11kW unit, my wife didn't realize the difference during installation but when I got home from work I immediately realized it wasn't what we purchased.

The price of the job didn't change even though we ended up with a smaller unit, I'm hoping someone from Peaden can explain this. Was I under quoted on the larger unit originally? Why was my Monday appointment cancelled? Why did someone decide I didn't want the electrical upgrade without speaking to me? Why did no one communicate to my wife that what was being installed wasn't what I purchased? Why did the price of the job remain the same with the smaller unit?

Obviously questions remain, but I have hot water again, their work is under a 1 year warranty and I still trust Peaden to give quality service, but I will be more inquisitive on future jobs.
