We called Peaden for a new unit installation quote and got Todd as our consultant. He answered every question and concerned we had on our old unit and was very professional and knowledgeable about what he recommended for the new units. He was so patient with us even after the millions of questions we had. What was supposed to be a stressful situation with a barely working AC and high power bill, Todd put us at ease with his reassurance and knowledge. Will update this review after we get our two units installed!
Gavin Jernigan serviced our air conditioning/ heating unit today. He explained what he would be doing. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He ordered my air conditioner filters. He was eager to provide excellent service.
The two field technicians Amber and Cody did a fantastic job in troubleshooting and testing. The install crew Cody and Chris were very professional and also did a great job working in some pretty hot temperatures. All did very neat work and took pride in their job.
