James Gray came to our house to help us decide if (and how) we could relocate our electrical panel. If it was feasible, it would allow us to better use the wall space where the panel is currently located. James helped us think through several options. These options varied in cost and complexity. James was very thorough as he described the pros & cons for each option. He did a very good job explaining the differences between what the electrical code (1985 version) and today's code would require to make the changes we wanted. He assured us that the work done by the Peaden crew would pass City inspection.
In the process of evaluating our electrical system, James also noted that there were several elements in our electrical system that were not code compliant and presented a hazard that needed to be corrected. In addition to giving us a plan of action for our panel relocation project, he also proposed solutions that would eliminate the hazardous conditions he had found.
James presented detailed estimates for us to consider. After discussing the options, we selected what work we wanted his team to do.
At the beginning of his visit he went over items he planned to discuss and outlined the steps we could expect to accomplish during his visit. At the end, he asked us if he had given us 5-star service. We think he gave us 10 -star service.
We're excited that James and his skilled professionals will be coming this week to first eliminate our hazardous situation and then follow that up with the relocation of our electrical panel.
We are thankful for his experience, his professional conduct and we are looking forward to using our new wall space and having a safer electrical system than we have now.

Our service providers, John and Lee, were very professional, and definitely provided a five star service. We are so impressed with the inspection process. Spencer was our electrician that came and did initial inspection and repair of light socket. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained everything after his inspection, and was very professional at all times. He did discover a fire hazard in our electrical panel.
Very happy that I followed the recommendation to make an appointment. Scott Eppes was professional, courteous and efficient and engaging. I would highly recommend this company. He checked my HVAC system.
Medford Johnson on 9/23 provided excellent service. He was overwhelming professional, honest, efficient and showed a caring heart. This is one of the best companies around, including the administrative staff.
Justin Stevens provided excellent customer service on 2/3/26 while checking the electrical system. As other employees prior he was courteous, caring, etc. As an electrician he was knowledgeable and shared recommendations.
Taylor Amiss on 2/5 checked plumbing as all staff before provided excellent customer service. He answered all questions with knowledge and professionals with caring.
As a senior citizen, it is comforting to be at ease with company representatives you can trust. Saying yes from the beginning has been awesome.
Scott Eppes again on 2/11/26 decided my unit with courteous professionalism. It is such a pleasure working and feeling like he hears me without making me feel stupid. That you can't pay for. It is great to have a company and it's representative that you feel you can trust.
I am getting spoiled.
