Post Hurricane Isias, the breaker on my swimming pool pump would not reset. Peaden sent Luke A as Service Technician. Luke had previously provided installation services at my property so it was good to see a familiar Tech. As it was a late afternoon service call, Luke went the extra mile to diagnose the issue and secure spare parts to complete the repair. In addition, Luke diagnosed a GFCI issue on an exterior box for my pergola. Luke also installed an incomer GFCI for whole house surge protection. I was extremely pleased with Luke's service and professionalism. He went the extra mile to complete work into the evening hours. I continue to call on Peaden for HVAC and electrical services as their Technicians such as Luke are highly qualified, professional and resolve my home issues quickly and completely. Thank you Luke and Peaden.
Daniel did a great job. He presented me with various options on how I can maintain the HVAC system I have, and he installed some intake cover grids on the compressors to keep them from getting dirty this coming winter. The electricians are coming back tomorrow to do some updates on the surge protection for the circuit breaker panels, as well as a soft start kit for the compressors to maintain them and ease the demand on the system on startup. It's an older house that needed some serious upgrades for safety and energy efficiency. I will be ready for the colder weather when it arrives. Well done!
