Michael Choate did an outstanding job explaining my options regarding my malfunctioning hot water heater.
Zach Sanders did an outstanding job replacing my old hot water heater on the same day. After completing the job, Zach explained the features and operation of the water heater. He answered every question I had before he left. Great job guys.

Edited to remove the one star rating. They replied quickly and calmly and I appreciate that. A company shouldn't be penalized for something like this
I'm still going to leave the number blocked, though.

I don't know how these people got my phone number, but I have never used them for any service or product. I received 3 texts from them yesterday and another this morning. Over the last few months, I've gotten quite a few. I just blocked the number. Whoever thought that it was a splendid marketing strategy to spam text potential customers should be axed.
