The recent snowstorm left my furnace, frozen and inoperable. Peter did provided a service tech. He came as soon as possible. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue. He was very good about communicating what exactly was wrong and gave me options for getting it fixed. I highly recommend Peaden.
