Kolton was great! Our issue was a backed up condensation line. Even though we had cleaned it out from the outside drip line, the buildup was further up the line where our vacuum suction couldn't reach. He cleared it out thoroughly, cleaned out the drip pan, and replaced a fuse so our thermostat would come back on. He stayed for a little bit to make sure everything was working properly and we had great conversation while we waited.
They're always professional and provide exceptional service.
Dustin came out within a few minutes of my calling. He was very polite and pleasant. Fortunately, he did not find the problem I suspected annd answered all my questions.
