Zach is such a pleasure, he took the time to explain to me in layman terms when I was having trouble understanding. He got my furnace and thermostat working as they should, making sure I have heat during the very cold days we have been experiencing.

Peaden's technician, Mefford, was very professional and pleasant. I am looking forward to a follow up with needed parts to fix my heat pump unit. (Mefford pointed out defective heat strips that need replacement). I am confident that Peaden will get the job done!
We discovered a bused sprinkler pipe after the historic snowfall and freezing temperatures in Pensacola. I called first thing in the morning and someone was out by the end of the day. Raymond was awesome. He figured out our probes and had it fixed in no time.
