Today we had Wei the HVAC pro and Forrest the electrician come out to do a routine check up and help us with some minor concerns. Both PEADEN employees. Both very professional and knowledgeable in their field. They went above and beyond in their inspections and service they provided. Prices were premium but expected with such high quality service. I signed up for their membership plan because I trust these guys to come back and always do a great job. Thank you both so much, Wei and Forrest.

Dustin is a very nice guy. It was morning and my wife and daughter were still asleep. He agreed right away to wear a mask. He kept his voice low so as not to disturb anyone which was very thoughtful. He investigated the problem and saw that nothing needed to be done at this time. You just couldn't ask for a better situation, calm, quiet, courteous, and honest. He could have proceeded with the work then charged me nearly $400 but he saw no fix was necessary and just charged a dispatch fee. It is another example of Peaden's Very professional way of doing business. Thanks, Peaden and Dustin.
Matthew came out after lightning struck our house. Fully inspected all electric outlets, panel, coax cable in the attic, light fixtures, etc. Throughly explained options with a whole home surge protector and disc light replacements. Going through insurance and he line itemed costs and documented everything with photos. Great job, Matthew!
Alex performed a plumbing inspection and flushed our hot water heater. He was professional, polite, and his recommendations were relevant.
