Mike was amazing! On Sat and Valentines Day Mike showed up to help us retrieve a screwdriver from the 4 inch pipe which was dropped from the second floor opening. It went down 12 feet or so. We could not get to it from either direction. Mike brought his 200 foot camera and was able to push the screw driver close enough to the clean out that it could be reached to get it out of the waste pipe. Mike was pleasant, professional and empathetic. He understood how stressed we were and remained supportive and even a bit humorous throughout. We now own an $800 screwdriver but hey, life is full of hard lessons, right? You can bet we won't ever leave our plumbing open while we are working on it again. We are usually so careful to take precautions but the one time we didn't! Lesson learned! Thank you Mike.
Greg just saved our Mardi Gras weekend! We have a house full of guests and are so grateful for you coming out this morning to help us with our blocked pipes! We called on a Sunday morning and he came out and it was fixed within an hour. Thanks so much!
Peadon to start off has always sent top notch reps out to my house. Jesse who showed up yesterday had been working with peadon for only a month or little longer and is that high quality top notch guy! Jesse walked me through what he did with pictures and taking his time to explain to me about the system and what he was checking and why. If he didn't tell me he had been on for that short with peadon I would have thought he had been working there for years. It truly goes to show you the quality of the training that peadon provides for the techs as well as the quality of the people who get hired at peadon!
Peadon you got another quality top notch tech with Jesse, and if you do a 90 day review I would appreciate if you took this personal review in consideration. Now if you are that manager at peadon reviewing this it would be reasonable to think that Jesse was asking for a good review. I Seth Hansen can tell you that is not the case. I went out of my way to ask him about doing a review on my own accord. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me on my personal number on file. As I told Jesse good people take care of good people, that is what I am trying to do here.

James and Jase did the install for my new HVAC and a new intake box. They were very professional walked me through everything they were doing beforehand and after the job was done. No one is excited about spending a lot of money, but I am very happy with the quality of work I received. I highly recommend them.
