Service agent called ahead of time, showed up on time and was very personable and professional. He really represented your company very well. I'm very impressed with how this company operates.

Casey with Peaden did an outstanding job installing our new tankless hot water heater and Moen automatic shutoff valve, as well as removing our 16-year-old 80-gallon water heater from inside the house.
He was professional, efficient, and extremely detailed from start to finish. Casey communicated with us throughout the entire process, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was installed properly and cleaned up before he left.
This was a fairly involved project, and Casey made the whole process easy and stress-free. Very impressed with the quality of his work and his attention to detail. I would highly recommend Casey and Peaden!
