My water heater quit heating so I called Peaden. The water heater was only 6 months old. She quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. The company that had originally put it in was horrible (AND Services). They were at fault with incorrect electrical connections which melted the wire nuts.
Breanna was top notch!! She was very knowledgeable and checked a few other things and found numerous errors from AND Services. I will be contacting them to come correct their errors!

Over two years ago, I became a Peaden SmartCare member. I share contact info with neighbors in my subdivision all the time, because I've been very happy with all the professionals who work for Team Peaden! I highly recommend this company!

Kuran Burns accomplished the work quickly and professionally. He is polite and provided excellent information on my system as to the "what to do" and "don"t do" to maintain an efficient well running HVAC system. On our next scheduled maintenance visit, I will ask that he be the technician to do the maintenance service.
Chad did a great job, very knowledgeable and did everything in a timely manner.
