I returned home on a Sunday afternoon after an extended international assignment, 3 of 4 HVAC units were non-operational in my home. Thru good schedule reshuffling, the schedule coordinator was able to direct Brian Johnson to my location. Brian did a superb job to get 2 units operational in a short period and quickly diagnosed the issue on the 4th unit which he was able to repair the following day with replacement duct work. Brian explained all issues to me in a clear concise manner and the associated costs. Excellent work by Brian. The fact that I am an Elite member helped in scheduling and cost, so the monthly fee is well worth the value of securing repairs quickly. The other learning is to make sure I stay current on 6 month system checks. Thank you Peaden for your outstanding service and professionalism.
Mr. Belk did an excellent job servicing our HVAC Unit. Extremely happy with the service. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.
Fred was polite, honest, and answered all my questions. He worked as quickly as possible in this awful heat, and even did all this on a Sunday. Great service, and fast response.
