Bill came out to provide me with cost quote to fix an ongoing HVAC issue that originated with builder. Bill was awesome and discussed the issue and all repair options (pros/cons) at length with me. He gave me the best prices available and did not try to pressure me or upsale me into choosing a more expensive solution. He provided me with the facts and information to make the best decision for me to resolve this issue. Truly knowledgeable and professional. Bill provided me with an exceptional level of service that instilled me with confidence in the quality of Peadon's work and responsiveness to their customers.
Raymond was awesome! He did an excellent job for us. He made recommendations based upon his inspection, listened to our questions and provided straightforward advice to us. We felt that Raymond had our best interests at the forefront at all times and his goal was to make sure we had the best care for our new home.
