Amber was wonderful. Very thorough. Made repairs, tested everything, explained everything. Was with us for about 6 hours to get it all done.
I received a text from PEADEN asking me if I would like to change my appointment to today? If I did I would get $50.00 towards my bill. So I said yes. In about an hour I received a text from Dustin, an employee from Peaden, telling me he would be here in 20 minutes.
Well Dustin was right on time. He introduced himself, then went right to work. In a short while he was finished. Dustin checked off all his boxes. He was telling me I had some light bulbs that had burned out. In order for the added equipment to work correctly, all lights must be on. Dustin explained that the bulbs were out of warranty by 3 months.
I gave Dustin my approval to replace the bulbs. Thank you Dustin for all your help.
