My grounding rod/wire had a fatal fight with my mower. Tim came out to check it out and gave me options to update and protect my home. Tim also brought to my attention that the service line from the power pole to my house was resting on my roof and needed a lift. I got FPL to do that right after Tim left. I probably never would have noticed it because of the location on the side of my house not being all that visible to me. I was grateful for Tim taking notice of electrical issues outside of what my concern was. DD came the next morning and installed my two grounding rods with wire to my electric meter. He was quick!! Peaden does a great job in communicating and demonstrates that they care about their clients. Tim and DD represent Peaden well. They seem to enjoy their job and helping people.
Devyn is an outstanding young man that is extremely hard working and dedicated to doing the job efficiently and correct. He was very approachable to discuss the installation of a new hot water heater. I would have no hesitation having him back for any plumbing work.
Eli Perez was fantastic, very informative and explained things in detail. Peaden has some great employees and Eli is definitely one of them. I'll make sure to request him for my next service. Thank you again Eli and see you soon!!!

Spencer showed up quickly to respond to our service need. He took extra time to be sure the issues were diagnosed urgently, and worked with us on cost effective solution options while explaining in detail all of the why's and how's.
Clay Wright of Peadon came to do our 6month HVAC check up today. We have been members for a couple of years now and I have to say that, while all the servicemen have been professional and friendly, Clay's service today exceeds all the others. He was prompt, efficient, successfully addressed an issue we were having, and went over some suggestions for maintaining and preserving the life of our system. We were very pleased with the service Clay provided and we will request he returns with the Fall checkup.
