Today Chasady Belk came to work on our HVAC systems. This is the second time she has been here, and I think she's absolutely wonderful. She's efficient and personable and certainly quite knowledgeable. I keep three houses on the Peaden plan and always enjoy when Chasady is my tech.
My hot water heater was spewing water!! A definite emergency, couldn't turn it off because of rust on the shut off valve. I called Peaden (never used them before) but I googled "hot water heater repair" and their name came up. It was a pleasure dealing with them from my initial call to request service, to the repairman Michael Shields, showing up within the hour. He and his partner, Medford Johnson, stopped the spewing of water and identified the problem(s) and got us hot water for the night. They will come tomorrow to change out hot water heater and repair pipe to water meter which was also leaking. Their customer service is #1 in the business. I am pleased that I have learned about this company and will be using them again when the need arises!! Good job Michael & Mefford ????????????????????????
