"John Rodgers" #1 Technician with Peadon Air Conditioning! This man went above and beyond when he came out to our residence he was actually the 3rd technician that had been out to our home and he has surpassed them all!!! He took the time to show me & explain to me everything that we needed to know to care for our unit and what the other technician's should have been doing previously. He was extremely knowledgeable very kind and patient we will be requesting him from now on to come back to our home and service our unit! If I could give him more than 5 stars I most certainly would. My family and I thank you very much John Rodgers with Peadon Air Conditioning and look forward to our next appointment.

We purchased a house and neither our RE Agent nor the home inspector told us that Challenger service entry panels were recalled and have caused house fires. When installing a new light we discovered burned wires and a month and a half after moving in our insurance company gave us 21 days to replace the panel or they would cancel our policy. I called another Five Star company multiple times but they never answered or returned my call. I called Peaden last Saturday, they had an electrician at our house Monday who explained the issues and took care of the burned wire.They expedited our job, ordered the new service panel, pulled the permit and completed everything by Friday. Their customer service and professionalism was exceptional, taking time to explain the details and keep us updated throughout the process. Thanks again for the outstanding service we received.
