Very quick and thorough
I had two appointments on July 8th and 9th to check over the electrical at my house. This time with their technician Forrest Jordan, who in my opinion perfectly exemplifies and exceeds the high standards Peaden sets for their technicians. He didn't just do a thorough workup of necessary fixes but provided and explained different customized (and very reasonably priced) quotes and payment options that covered everything that needed to be fixed. Forrest was incredibly patient, accommodating and really listened to my concerns. He made sure to explain the work he was doing and to answer my questions. He took the time to ask and assess what I needed from my living space, what improvements could be made, what needed to be prioritized and how to best accomplish the job. He was polite, punctual, efficient, stuck to the time estimates for completing the job and went above and beyond to provide both excellent quality work and customer service. Seriously! Give the man a raise, a promotion, the keys to the city, a friday pizza party, and a Pulitzer for outstanding achievements and craftsmanship. I've been with Peaden for nearly 2 years now for their great service, but this has been the best interaction yet! You can tell that Forrest truly loves his work and he has the expertise to show for it! I highly recommend Peaden for anybody looking to make home improvements or someone to take care of AC, plumbing and electrical maintenance and repairs.
William was very professional and helpful understanding what he was doing and made sure I understood what he was doing and making sure I was satisfied before he left.
Jay was our electrician today. He was prompt, kind, and very informative. He took the time to explain everything he could see was needing our attention and then fully explained all of our options. We appreciate the good work he did.

Kaleb Johnson was a fantastic technician who was both knowledgeable and personable. He did great work, and is a true professional in his field. I highly recommend his services. Any corporation would be lucky to have him!
