3. Adding to the list of reviews for Peaden's professionals: We had a glitch in our new Rheam HVAC (outside unit condenser) mother board. Peaden's techs had to figure out if we were going to need to get a completely new unit to replace the one we had gotten installed just over one month ago (obviously still covered under warranty). We were assured this was not typical and we also understood that with all things mechanical there is always the possibility of once in a blue moon there could be a faulty part or unit. One tech came out to troubleshoot then a 2nd more experienced one, Zachary Belk, came in to be sure of the previous diagnosis. He worked in steps. Although it took 2 more appointments, orders, and change in parts, Zack got our unit running again. He was a mild mannered, knowledgeable young man. He even cleared up some questions we needed answered on understanding how to work our "smart" thermostat box in the house. We still continue to be pleased with Peaden's, & would recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thank you Zack for your patient, methodical, and professional work. You're a great asset to the company.
2. Paul Burke provided 5 star salesmanship. He is a seasoned professional, extremely knowledgeable, explains things well, addressed our concerns and gave us well explained cost options for the different types of HVAC systems.
1. Wayne Jackson & his working partner did a great job installing our new HVAC system. They laid covering down over our floors (very nice touch), talked to us at different points during the installation, explained the new thermostat usage & where certain components to our particular job were located. They cleaned up upon completion of the install. They were thorough & professional. We're glad we chose Peaden's & that we got two great guys assigned to our installation.
Very prompt on arrival. Sais it need replacements on my pipes. They were leaking and shiny. Also needed item replace that switched from A/C over to head. Sticks and takes too long to switch. Placed tool to keep drain from clogging up.
I am loving my monthly subscription with Peaden, why didn't I do this years ago! Jose is an expert technician and so polite! Thanks Jose
